We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your product to request a return.
To initiate a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is approved, we’ll send you an instruction on how and where to send your product.
Note that we will not be able to offer a refund after 30 days.
To be eligible for a return,
- Your product must be sent back in the same condition in which you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
- A proof of purchase or email receipt will also be required.
- Upon receipt and inspection of your sent product, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund approval or rejection.
- Once approved, your refund will be automatically processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment/credit card.
We only replace products within 30 days if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at email@example.com. Note that we will not be able to offer an exchange after 30 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product,and this cost is not refundable.
If requested, we may be able to provide a prepaid return shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund.
It may be advisable to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We may not be able to guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
